Return Period and Conditions

Product Condition: The product to be returned must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. All tags must remain attached to the product.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene regulations or custom production, returns for the following items are not accepted:
Custom-designed or personalized products.
Cosmetics, personal care, and undergarments (if the original packaging or seal has been opened).
Gift cards.
